The EO Accelerator growth programme started in Belgium in 2010. Each year, there are more than 60 participants who all have the same goal: to take their business to the next level as fast as possible. That is where we come in.
Our members come from all areas of business, from retail to marketing, from financial services to the healthcare industry. Every entrepreneur has the ambition to grow and have his or her business reach new heights.
The Accelerator Growth Programme is the catalyst that takes your business to the next level. We have developed a special curriculum that focuses on four key pillars: Strategy, People, Cash and Execution.
During the programme, you will learn who your real customers are, develop a strong brand promise and set a main goal to sustainably grow your sales. There will also be plenty of focus on attracting the A-players you need for this, strengthening your cash position and improving your execution and profit margin.
The investment for the programme is €2,500 on an annual basis. This gets you 4 Learning Days with professional trainers, 10 coach/accountability sessions and access to the EO network. In addition, all kinds of social, inspiration and learning activities are organised by and for the members.
What are truly the most important goals for your business? How are you planning to achieve them? And how do you ensure maintaining the right focus along the way?
That is what you will discover at Accelerator Belgium. Our programme is based on the ideas of growth strategist Verne Harnish, one of the founders of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization. Before you start the programme, you will fill in the “4D Vision Summary” to describe in one single page what the turnover goals of your company are, when you are going to achieve them and how you are planning to reach that goal.
The three components of the EO Accelerator programme:
Each year, we organise four plenary sessions to which all participants are welcome. Each of the main pillars of the growth programme (Strategy, People, Cash and Execution) will be discussed in detail in its own session, during which the theme at hand will be highlighted from multiple perspectives.
A professional trainer leads each session. In addition, experts from around the world are called in to further shape the subject matter. As a result, the events offer concrete learnings with great take-home worth. This value content is further enhanced by the combined energy of the network, it is an ideal opportunity for every entrepreneur.
Accountability is an important part of the Accelerator growth programme. That is why you will be placed in an Accountability group with four other entrepreneurs. Led by an EO coach, you will work together to find the sore spots that keep your companies from going through the million mark. The ultimate focus is on the 4D Vision Summary that you filled in.
To guarantee a good fit, we compose the groups with the utmost care: the profiles of all entrepreneurs are taken into account to make sure that none of the group members have business or personal relationships. Since entrepreneurs within the group do not do business with each other, there is never a conflict of interest and everyone feels completely free to share their own experiences.
In the second year of the Accelerator growth programme, you can participate in the Mentorship programme. As a participant (Mentee) we will put you in contact with an experienced entrepreneur from the EO network (Mentor). These mentors have a proven business track record and the match is always based on specific development needs or challenges.
Your mentor will advise and assist you with concrete questions and developments and will also share his or her knowledge and experience. The mentor will help in setting goals and you will meet regularly to discuss progress.

As a member of Accelerator Belgium, you get access to a comprehensive growth programme with rock-solid tools to help your company break through the million mark within three years. To facilitate this support, we ask our members to pay an annual membership fee.
