I live in the south of Brussels with my wife and 3 children. Together with my business partner, I took over the family business in 2013. We build technical installations with a focus on sustainable energy.
I joined EO to push my boundaries and learn from the experiences of our EO members.
I am the Co-founder and current CEO of Domation BV. A home automation company.
Domation clients today are added-value-seekers who want to combine technology and beautiful materials in their dream houses. I am living in Mechelen together with my girlfriend, 3 years old son and a 1 month old daughter. I joined EO because I was looking for a sounding board after the split with my business partner.
I’m a global citizen, life long learner and a mother of three. I’m the founder of NUE, a fine jewelry brand dedicated to ethically crafting pieces using sustainable materials. I joined EO to meet, grow and share experiences with fellow entrepreneurs. As the marketing and communications co-chair for EO Belgium, I hope to bring our community closer together.
EO Belgium helps me to become the best possible version of myself, not only to be an inspiring leader to my colleagues but also to be a good husband to my wife and a great father to my children.
As a wise Greek philosopher once said, it’s not what happens to us that defines us but how we react to it!
As Learning Chair, I aim to maximize EO value for every Chapter member.
Filip Smet founded his first IT company at the age of 23, which grew into Lemon holding. A group with more than 160 employees and a turnover of + 35 million euros.
Recently he started AMOTEK technologies. AMOTEK helps other companies to analyse and implement IT systems, gives general business advice and invests in startups. Striving for general growth of that company.

I’m Cedric Rijkers, co-founder of EHALE/HEXA, a Belgian vape company. I started the company in 2014 with my 3 brothers. In my spare time I like to go to the gym, watch F1 and spend time with my girlfriend, dog and family. I joined EO because I was looking to connect with entrepreneurs who have moved past the start-up phase and are experiencing similar challenges as myself.
I traveled the world, launching brands and managing global teams since 2006. In 2012 I partnered into the Alcatraz Hard Rock and Metal Festival. In 2016 I co-founded a company, operating as digital intermediary between sports clubs and sponsors, offering free sporting goods for kids.
41 year old, creative digital mind, happily married and father of 2 kids… Never stop learning, always be curious.
What EO means to me :
A place where I can share the difficulties of entrepreneurs without being judged.
A place that allows me to evolve thanks to sharing of experiences and participate at wonderful learning events.
A place where I can share good times with other Entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds.
EO supports me in successfully running and expanding my businesses.
From July 2023 onwards I took up the role of Membership Chair to grow our chapter.
Happily married, proud father of 3, personal growth & development fanatic, strategic business & economics background, took over his family business in raw materials distribution, founder of multiple startups and scale-ups, now focused on actively investing in, supporting and coaching entrepreneurial teams and companies within Road21.
I am a mother of two wonderful and energetic children, wife, entrepreneur and COO of induver.
induver is ‘intensely involved’ in assisting companies and providing them with insurance advice around the globe.
I am always looking to connect with other people and to broaden my horizon, emotionally and intellectually. EO is an enormous help with that.
I joined EO for its entrepreneurial community and peer sharing. I value being with like-minded individuals. Practicing ‘saying what you did, not what you would do’ has been impactful.
I’m a founding member of an International School.
Connecting with like-minded entrepreneurs and hearing their perspectives helps me overcome challenges and achieve my goals.
The right words and appearances at the right time can change things.
EO is about all that and more for me.
